Bus Pass Online Application Link Available Here

Want to AVOID the heat and long lines?  Use TVUSD's Online Bus Pass Application!  Reminder - bus service is not provided to all schools.   Please check the website for available routes of service. http://www.tvusd.k12.ca.us/transp_about 


Online Bus Passes - Opens July 5, 2017

Your student must be enrolled for the 2017/2018 school year prior to completing the online bus pass application.

Beginning Wednesday, July 5, 2017, the TVUSD Transportation Department will be accepting online applications for the 2017/2018 school year.  Please take advantage of our online applications and avoid long lines in the heat.   If your enrolled student is new to our schools, you will need to attach a picture of your student to the online application.  If you are applying for a free or reduced pass, please attach your income information.  The online application will walk you through all of the required steps.  Should you need assistance regarding online bus pass applications, please call 951-506-7008 or 951-506-7043.  You can also visit the Transportation Department's website where all information, fees, and forms are located: http://www.tvusd.k12.ca.us/transp_about

Bus Pass Office Information and Hard Copy Application Drop Off - Opens August 1, 2017

Your student must be enrolled for the 2017/2018 school year prior to coming to the bus pass office to drop off bus pass application forms.

The Bus Pass Office will open August 1, 2017, from 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.  Doors will be locked promptly at 4:00 PM.  You may download the application before coming into the office, or fill out the forms in the office. If your enrolled student is new to our schools, you will need to bring them with you to have their picture taken at the time you drop off the application.


The Bus Pass Office is located near Chaparral High School at 40516 Roripaugh Rd., Temecula.  

 

Mail In Hard Copy Bus Pass Applications - Currently Being Accepted

Your student must be enrolled for the 2017/2018 school year prior to mailing your bus pass application forms.

The Bus Pass Office is currently accepting mail in, hard copy bus pass applications. You may download the application and mail it to the the address listed below.  If your enrolled student is new to our schools, you will need to attach a picture of your student with the application.  If you are applying for a free or reduced pass, please attach your income information.  The application form will walk you through all of the required steps.  Should you need assistance regarding bus pass applications, please call 951-506-7008 or 951-506-7043.
